The Murray Hotel - Perth

Well-organised and good sized units with multiple beds, and the staff were affable.

The room was huge and relaxing with multiple beds. Extra facilities like a coffee maker and refrigerators were really useful.

Very friendly helpful staff, exceptional really, with particularly good attitudes. Rate them 10 out of 10! Very clean facilities and very comfortable beds. Lovely hot water, almost instant, in the bathroom :) Thank you for the hairdryer too :)

The door to room 39 had a fair space under it, allowing a mouse to come in and begin eating into some special biscuits we had on the desk (: Would think that the warm air would escape from the room in winter, and the cool air in the summer, wasting electricity. We noticed that the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, nor in the ladies toilet on the first floor. It would certainly be more pleasant with the fan working in the room's bathroom.

The room was neat with multiple beds as described. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a nice touch. The hotel location was particularly good and brilliant in suburb. Besides, Abraj al Bait Mall Towers was 3 km away from the property.

We stayed in a well-equipped room with multiple beds.

Good breakfast and was great to be able to get a reasonable price good meal for tea. THe bus right outside the door was great. The bed was very good.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, although I'd asked for a room with no noise from air conditioning or outside noise we were put in a room closest to the road and there was noise from dripping water from the upstairs air conditioner all night. We were also put in a room connecting to a family room and we heard the children throughout the night too. I did complain about this in the morning as we had come off a long flight and due to drive 500kms the next morning and were so very tired after not sleeping all night. The receptionist kindly said she would get the manager to call to arrange a discount on the cost of the room but 4 days later and I still haven't received a call. I would like them to call me please.

Seems more like a motel than a hotel to me, bathroom was kinda small and older.

Very friendly & extremely helpful staff. Location very central to Perth City & Subiaco. Free city bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Very relaxed atmosphere & comfortable large beds.

The location of this venue in the suburb is great, and it's best to book the king room with multiple beds where the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
